The unit had technical fault when it arrived. Engine RPM was racing and the vehicle was overheating I had to look for a mechanic to fix it. Also the rear door hand cover was missing they improvised by putting some tape with tar. The rear left wheel cover was missing and was not shown on the pick.

I've waited almost 2 years to write this review. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THey lied about the features of the car eg. they said it had a backup camera that was a lie, they told me I would receive two keys that was a lie, and of it being well maintained another huge lie. Within 6 months of having this car, I had to replace the entire front suspension. Now at the two year mark, I have to replace my transmission! So please beware of them.

The BMW arrived when it was not serviced. the drive from Mombasa to Kampala was very difficult as the vehicle was not gaining top speed. it was emitting black smoke and consuming alot of fuel. The Driver's door failed to close as the driver left Mombasa and had to hire a Mechanic at US$:30 to work on the door. I have to now do a complete service including changing plugs before driving the vehicle which is an extra cost not intended for starters.

This is the second time, i bought a car from tradecarview. The communication after bought the item was poor. No updates on timing and estimated arrival time of the Vessel. Document were sent on same day the ship docked in Dar es salam port. So that resulted in delay on clearance, extra storage cost. Since Singapore does not offer inspection of the car.The car failed the test locally as it has brake system issue

Avoid Torque Autos! Car arrived with $4000 in defects. They said "Don't expect a lot for 10 year old car." Before they said “This unit is absolutely fine, no issues of any kind at all.” After negotiating they promised to compensate. Never happened. After posting this review they said "...if you edit and mention satisfactory comments after that within 3 days compensation will be processed." I will not lie for money. I had a better experience with PicknBuy.

Hello Sir, Please be fair here, we also doing business and want our clients to be happy. But you cant be blaming everything on us, your expectation should not be sky high when you buying 10 year old used car. What we showed and said, delivered the same. You should not be complaining just to get some compensation. We were very open in communication and straightaway. thanks

Torque Autos PTE is not straightforward in doing business. Be careful when dealing with them, they can sell you dude car(s). I bought a car from this guys and it cost me twice the cost of buying the car from them to fix the car, I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with these guys, they are dodgy and capable of selling you a dead car that will cost you twice the cost of buying the car.

Hi, This is totally unfair to us. You were buying 10 year old car. You cannot expect to be like brand new. Please understand this. Even if you had any issues would have contacted CSD. Please dont mis-guide people. We were very quick in shipping your unit and also all your queries were replied timely manner. Still for communication and shipping wise you gave us 1 star. Please read all the below feeback, we have been giving very good service. All are happy and satisfied.
