The car came with several issues, none of which the seller communicated and none of which they will accept liability for: 1. Chipped windshield 2. Cracked left taillight 3. Dead battery 4. Sagging interior headliner 5. Badly *****ed / defaced rims 6. Needed service immediately WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SELLER. TRADECAR HAS DONE NOTHING WITH MY COMPLAINT.

I received the car in December of 2017. I immediately contacted the seller about the issue with the car. 4x4 light is on. speedometer don't work. sunroof won't open. ABS lights are on. Brakes sensor light on. AC blower not working. the ceiling if falling off. To this day August 2018 not a word from the seller or any attempt to refund me any monies.I even pretend to buy another car from them but they stop communicating once they realize it was me. Shame on them.

I ended up spending a lot more money on a car that i had paid to have pre-inspected and that had passed the pre-inspection...Close to another USD 2000 Replacing parts that were completely broken Note to all purchasers with Audio and inbuilt garmin they arrive in Japanese with no thought to get system changed over to English prior to shipping - so very problematic as well

Hayashi Motors had sold a car that had fake specs. The odometer was fake, the car had over 217.000km while advertised as 75.000km. They had committed to a compensation and taking care of the car defects if the car had problems. Once I told Steven, the responsible at Hayashi about the engine problems he deflected responsibilities and did not reply the messages. Up to now (6 months), they have not honored their commitment of taking care of the needed repairs and have stopped communicating.

The seller is not honest. He rated the vehicle class 4.5 in excellent condition. He emphasized how I do not need to worry. But when it arrived, it could hardly move. No engine oil, oil leakages in different parts, very old tyres, several danger lights on the dashboard. I have had to replace most parts and I am still spending. Very disappointed with this seller.

Listed as non smoker, came smelling like smoke & visible ashes all over. Interior was a disaster, detailing company stated this was the worst ever they seen of any car shipped from Japan. Costed $950.00 shampoo all the stains & grime out. Exterior of car touched up with house paint & brush. Cost to spray over $4,500 Vehicle faulty sound system, Cost to fix $250 Front wheel knocks when driven,garage total to fix $450 Total to fix costed more than actual vehicle purchased. Buyers Beware!

This vehicle cannot be certified or registered because of the severe corrosion . Corrosion caused due to extensive use in snow . The vehicle was flagged for corrosion when it arrived in NZ so the problem would have been known yet there is or was no indication in the sales particulars . In my opinion this vehicle has been mis-represented . and the vehicle was not in the condition as described . I have little option but to have the matter taken further as I have an unusable car . Dear Sir The car had been running for 230,000km as it is advertised. but it doesn't have any mechanical problem. You have to send the car to compliance center to get the certified and registration. Regards
