The car is not what we expected to get, We wanted toyota hilux made in japan but this is made in Thailand. some parts of the car are missing like the four-wheel knob is missing. inspection is yet to be done to determine the exact condition of this unit. It is sad the seller shows different item and delivers different item. We call for TCV to be vigilant about such suppliers as they detent the corporation image to some of us who have been with the corporation (tcv) for some time.

The seller was very slow in processing shipping of the vehicle. Secondly I was mentioned the car was 2019 but the car is 2018 manufactured, I felt disappointed for wrong information. Lastly when the car was received at Mombasa port tool kit was missing. Overall experience was not good.

Extremely dissatisfied with the seller as it took him over a month to have the vehicle inspected after I made the payment. It turned out the unit was not readily available at the inspection ground and seller's communication was not good at all. I had to engage TCV directly to let me know what was going on.

The rims and tyres were changed not the same as the ones on the pictures, as well I didnt get good help from seller when I reported the incident. I don't recommend this seller to anybody.

Vehicle was in very poor condition and didn’t pass vehicle inspection in Canada. Serpentine belts in the engine were cracked, engine coolant was low, tires had deep cracks and were dangerous to drive on and much more. Front end was repainted terribly (probably by hand) and the photos didn’t reflect this. The repairs to this vehicle were very high and with the repainted front it looks terrible

The photos were poor and the seller did not provide any additional photos when asked. They advertise that they clean every vehicle before shipment, but the vehicle came in completely contaminated. I had to pay an extra 550 USD to customs to clean in. The seller did not offer to help cover some of this cost and completely ignored me until I reached out to TC-V for help. Neither TC-V nor the seller offered any sort of resolution to this problem. I would NOT recommend using this seller or TC-V.

The only comment I can make is that the vehicle's battery was obsolete as it could not be used to start the vehicle. I ended up paying an addition fee to have the vehicle towed off the Ship. Further to the above, in the previous vehicle purchases I have done, I have never been a sold a vehicle without an extra/spare car key. I would recommend the seller to other buyers without undermining the above factors.
