Dear Customer As we explained, not possible to add CFS after we ship the car and send BL to your address. All paper works should be done before shipping and sending documents. When you received Car and Documents, How we can add changes on BL? Not possible. BR

Car was bought on Sept.13, but was shipped late and did not arrive until January 3. Company said this was responsibility of shipping company, but the seller’s company chose the wrong ship: a ship that did not go to Maputo, but Durban. There the car got stuck for more than a month.

When the car arrived, we had to make significant repairs before it even could be started. The following systems were broken: cooling system did not function, the cooling hose was broken, also the engine for the cooling system had to be replaced because it was broken. The navigation system, CD, screen etc. did not function and had to be completely repaired. The AC system did not work and had to be repaired. In total we had to invest over 1,000.-- at the Mercedes workshop to make the car function.

the seller sold a car i had paid for and looked for a similar car which i found to be extremely unfair. communication was just terrible to say the least. i would never buy from this seller again.

Syuie trading was a very wrong choice. Car I picked was exchanged with another without my knowledge, came with NO car mats, NO led lights, NO radio, was shipped late,& compensated with a WRONG radio that does not fit in the car. Jevic was charged yet the car is brand new. I regret buying from Syuie trading and would never recommend it.

disapointed that seller only gave me one transponder key when in japan all cars come with 2 keys this info was hidden , i was told it was a no accident car again wrong there are two m inor accidents ...minor but still accident , lots of scratches were painted so it didnt appear in the photos
