One of the first questions I asked was if this was a non-smoking car and was told YES. Yet the car reeks of cigarette smoke: Phenix response - It didn't smell of cigarette smoke when the unit was in their care - RIDICULOUS. Secondly, the passenger front door doesn't work with the central locking on the vehicle - I have to manually open/close. Phenix response - the unit checked out fine mechanically when it was delivered to the ship Basically, they misrepresented this item and take no culpability.

There was accident history of the car, which is fine, but the seller told me that ther is no impact to the car. In fact, the front right turning light is not working, and the radio/video system, and the internal light are not working as well. After I received the car and checked up, I asked them how to deal with these, I never get any repsonse until now. It took the seller one month to arrange the shipment after I made payment.

Was told van was non smoker, but van arrived with full ash tray of butts. Stunk like a skunks hole.When asked about missing remote controls at back of front seats, received no reply.Was told van was in very good condition, but arrived with 2 badly damaged alloy wheels.Would not recommend seller and would never buy from again.Beware!

the seller appeared to have a lot to hide about the car. He held on to it for no clear reasons. well the car appears to ok but i keep thing a quick fix of issues it may have had coulkd occur going by the seller's behaviour after the vehicle was purchased.

After the car was received I asked a couple of questions. They were not answered to my satisfaction. If they mentioned that there was only 1 fob key then we could have talked about getting a second one while the car was still there. They also were going to find out why the rims are different from what is on the pictures when I was in the buying process.I still have not received an answer. There are stains in the carpet and there were no pictures of that. Poor after sales service.

I would not recommended this seller because they sold me a car how doesn't work. I ask them for a solution,i send him a video recording the situation of the car he didn't even answer me.i paid extra money to let them check the car before the shipping to make sure everything was okay,but they sold me a car that doesn't work!
