This vehicle required major rust repair work to be complied in New Zealand. I was not made aware of the amount of under body rust that this vehicle had and condition of the vehicle overall was poor. I also made a complaint to TCV but I have heard nothing back from you!

Communication was prompt apart from the seller failing to nominate CFS hence making me incur unnecessary charges. The car backcamera not working and only received one key yet the photos showed two keys

There were some problems with the car. Delivery took too long, it was suppose to get here for a birthday present but late by 2 months. Very poor service.

Repeat customer. First purchase was good, this one is terrible. I was planning on driving the vehicle from the doc to my home, but the vehicle is undrivable. Had to ship it. Requested the seller to compensate me for the loses. No response. It's a shame I really thought I found a good dealer. Do not recommend.

Zen quote" please don't worry about the condition it is number 1" when asked about under body rust. Pic’s supplied not clear. Car description said: Looks & runs great, perfect first car, runs & drives great. Car had under body rust requiring inspection, sandblasting, treatment, painting and certification. 4 bald tyres & rear shock clunked when driven. Costs associated with repairs of car bought from ZEN outweigh savings by importing directly, instead of buying in NZ.
