Car is very nice. Some default in the interior which should have been better described (wood panel default and leather scratches). But car is in a very good condition though. Thank you.

I imported this vehicle to Chile. The communication was very good and prompt. Shipping time was ok. However, I would have wished more flexibility of the seller to ship in Container instaedt of roll-on-roll-off to get the vehicle unloaded in San Antonio instaedt of Iquique, therefore I needed transport the vehicle 1500 km back to Santiago. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with the vehicle, it withstands what I paid for and could buy from this seller anytime again.

Clearing of the car was hopeless. The ship arrived on 27 July and I got possession of the car on 13 August 2015 at 19.30pm. However there was no radio. It was stolen and there was no tools kit like wheel spanner etc. I think all this happened because your local agent could not clear my car in good time. Please advise me what to do. Positives: the car specifications were higher than described, Condition of car very good. Negatives: Communication was minimal and late. Documentation and payment to shipping agents was sent late. This resulted in unnecessary stress and the car being embargoed for 5 days. Having said that the deal was done and I am happy with the outcome.
