I have been used to buy cars from Japan through tc-v and had been contacted various car dealers for over 10 years now. I also have issues with previous car dealers but through contact I am fully satisfied with the way we communicate. In my experience this car dealer MIYABI is my first experience of the worst in communication. I don't trust to do business with them any more.

I received a car without floor and boot mats and this was not declared when i bought. Disappointed by this act.
