There was a little problem with communication since in some cases I could not understand him very well, but I guess it had something to do with his command of English language. Nonetheless, the seller was prompt in answering my questions and he did a good job. Should I had another chance of importing a vehicle, I would definitely work with him. Thanks, Christine.

Received the car with a huge dent to the back, with scratch marks covered with metallic coat paint. Seller walked away with the quote & quote lie, "The vehicle has no auction sheet". Word of advice, only buy car from RAO INTERNATIONAL LTD, if they have sent you the auction sheet (double check that its the original one). Other than that, car drives well and feels good.

I have processed over 100 vehicles from Japan so far this year and to say I am so disappointed with this car is an understatement. This car has lots of damage and its been hit on the driver side rear wheel and is now at the wrong angel. There are numerous warning lights on which is probably down to the damage. I would highly recommend anybody buying from this company in the future have the cars checked thoroughly before buying it.
