A bus coming without basic items like wheel spanner, a jack, is not a good thing. This is my Second Rosa Bus from Nikkyo within 1 year but communication very poor a buyer has to beg many times to get updated. Delaying to ship a vehicle every-time is a bad indication to customers. But your vehicles are okay. Improve alot on these grey areas to keep customers.

The transaction was a smooth one. Communication was timely and information about the car was accurate. I drove the car once received and there were no issues with it as described. The supplier was supportive even for additional pictures and other requests I made.

The customer service is super. especially Yemin, who was a quick response to messages. I received the car as they described to me except that the car is missing wheel cover and floor jack. I recommend this company.

I received the car today. Drove it home 487 km - normally with a vehicle that I have not driven before, I would be nervous for such a journey. This was different. It was superb, smooth and beautiful to drive. Thank you for such an amazing vehicle. It exceeded my imagination and expectation. Special thanks to the Sales Team especially Yemin. Now all my friends want one!!! Well done

The transaction went well, although I would have preferred the communication to be a bit better. Information on the vehicle like when last is was serviced was not given. There is a little smoking, which can be the Valve Seal leaking oil into the piston 1. It came with a air pressure pump and fixer flat seal but no lug wrench. The truck rubber button is damage and the windshield crowl rubber is also damaged. Had to change the battery becuase it was not good after charging.
