The car is ok as per description but front suspension very bad making the car to swive when you reach rough areas of the road and I wonder how it passed JEVIC if at all it went there.This is very dangerous to customers in Africa where roads are generally bumpy and you send car in that state.And I experienced problems with starter motor not stating just after doing 940 Km from Dar Es Salaam.Picture are available to verify.

Hi I received the vehicle RAV 4 but it delayed and the one they sent me is not the one i had chosen. They gave me another one. Before they shipped they asked me that they were changing and i allowed because i had no choice. It has a problem with the radiator there's a leakage. I received the vehicle and thank you so much for following up your clients. Keep it up. Aida

i am very happy with the service, one of the main problems with the cars we import from japan is the stereo systems in Japanese. I have 2 Prados and 1 honda accord all 3 have navigation stereos but they are all in japanese and are irreversible to english. would be great if you guys did a update to the radios there to english.
