The transaction with TCV Japan was very smooth in deed. I real appreciate their technical support. There was a lot of communication breakdown with the AGENT most particularly the TCV in Dar es salaam. Most of the time, they were not online to pick up my calls when I needed some technical and other relevant information with regard to clearance. I found the process very hectic.

I received the item as described. However, there were several shipment delays. First, it took too long to book a ship for the item and even after the first booking, there were changes. Additionally, original documents meant to clear the car a Mombasa port were sent to a wrong address. This brought about further delays in clearing the item after arrival at Mombasa port.
