Please note to release the car from Mombasa Port. Your agent there, AFA Forwarding Agency Limited is demanding USD 23.2 to release cargo to me yet I bought the car CFR Mombasa. I paid for the last car but I will not pay again. Please resolve this demand and also send the Push-start button that is missing in the car. I am very disappointed with your services so far as the issues are never resolved and no one had responded from 21/September /2023.

The interior is not in good order especially the sunroof. The door had problems. The car wheel were in bad shape etc

The seller delayed to ship the vehicle.When the vehicle arrived it was in bad condition.All the brake pads were worn out, the discs need skimming and the battery was dead.This was a raw deal.I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from these con men

The seller is good with communication. However, i was not happy because the speakers for the car were not working and the engine check light came on before it even reached me. i do not recommend buying cars from him. the engine check light keeps coming on so i have to look for extra cash to fix the problem. he should have stated this earlier in the communication. i feel

I have the worse experince I was pushing for every step My car was not inspected in japan before shipping which gave me a big headache Also paying storage charges. Then they laid to me about inspection and send me bogus papers Tcv in tanzania are useless

The seller is a con artist, he sent me a non drivable vehicle, the battery was dead and he knew it but did not communicate, the transmission had problems, ignition coils and plugs had problems too but never mentioned in the advertisement. I am really disappointed
