I have ordered at least 6 cars from this supplier and the customer service is just terrible. The lady that I usually deal with needs to go through some customer service training especially in communications. Since this last order, I try to avoid cars from Real Motor Japan. The pictures are very nice and I am very tempted to order another car from them, but the support from this supplier is better avoided.

I don’t know what to say. I was just driving from work and the breaks seems like didn’t work some time. The car didn’t stop one time at the round about. Thank god there was no one. This is just happen 12:30pm Cayman Time. I’m scared to drive the car now. Even when I reach home to park the car the breaks didn’t work like it happen at round about. Let’s see what I can do. I was not expecting this from trade car view. Thank you again.

This is a scam. Selling damaged cars with bad engines and gearboxes which have been washed and cleaned to look like new vehicles. They reverse the mileage to look newer. Got a 60000 km Toyota Rush which was really 360000 km and a piston slap. This is the third one in my country in the last month. Tradecarview does not help. They are helping sell these vehicles knowing they are bad.

i received the with the front bumper damage and the back light broken there was not indication in the comments about these two issues with the vehicle and as a result you put me in some expense to repair the vehicle, The agents and the customs officer said and made a report that the vehicle came off the vessel in that condition. very disappointed and woul like a refund or some kind of compensaton. The vehicle was listed in good condition but there is need for me to change some front end parts as it is knocking. It also appears that the vehicle has been in an accident but it was listed otherwise. It has a new and an old headlamp
