The seller stopped communicating after making payment. I had to launch a complaint through customer care and communication improved thereafter. The electronic copy of B/L indicated a ship that was sailing to Caribbean sea and was tracking a wrong ship as am out of country and didn't see the hard copies only for agent to identify ship.

The car had a damage and the seller did no disclose or show it on the photo. the damage was hidden by the seller by covering it by a sticker. the back camera not working.

Be careful people. These people are a bunch of thieves. They will still sell your vehicle even if you have paid for it. The communication is terrible. I paid for a vehicle and only got feedback 6 weeks later only to find out that they sold the vehicle. This is dishonesty. I dont trust this company at all. Stay away people.

The car had patches, despite the initial description from the seller stating that it was accident free. In addition, the breaks, the air compressor and immobiliser were completely worn out.

The Car I had chosen and paid for was sold to another buyer even after i paid for it. And the replacement had a lot of defects, Dents and Rear Tyres have some Noise because bearings are worn out. I have been buying vehicles from Real motors, They came really nice but this one i am not satisfied.
