The exception was on the A.C which was not functioning and the reason being that the A.C control was lacking. The very weak battery on arrival present ed a challenge of ignition. The missing spare tyre which gave me to incur the extra cost of buying a new one wasn't nice. Otherwise such defects resolved, it is a very good ride and I won't hesitate to do business with you next time so though I encourage you to establish a grievance handling mechanism to address customer concerns.
