Overall, I was happy with my vehicle at the end of the transaction. However, some negative aspects need to be corrected from the seller: 1. Delayed application for INTERTEK inspection, thus delayed shipment. 2. Vehicle took long to arrive due to unforeseen transshipment needs (sailed Japan in one vessel then transferred to other) and client not notified. 3. Commands in steering wheel not functioning. 4. Unable to use sound/ navigation system because it is in Japanese and cannot reset to English.

After the car was received I asked a couple of questions. They were not answered to my satisfaction. If they mentioned that there was only 1 fob key then we could have talked about getting a second one while the car was still there. They also were going to find out why the rims are different from what is on the pictures when I was in the buying process.I still have not received an answer. There are stains in the carpet and there were no pictures of that. Poor after sales service.
