I have had a bad experience with trade car view agents in Zambia, I don’t think I’ll be using them again. The vehicle I bought was advertised with a roof carrier but that has been removed, I believe stollen.

AM not happy with the vehicle I have received,It has a very big problem that involves mechanical problem. It has been mixing oil and water so am not using it because of that mechanical problem and the vehicle was sent without a spare wheel,no jerk and no wheel spanner. But why was it like that? Am very very disappointed. Regards Charles

Well the vehicle came with a cracked windshield (not by anymeans the sellers fault) but the radiator was cracked and this was im sure like this as it came from japan

dear sir, we are really sorry to hear that,one thing is sure we checked the unit before it left,at that time no problems,it is 100% true sir, sometimes vehicle with 240,000km+ gives problems,why we are sure we check each and every unit before shipment at our workshop as we care our buyers more than anything sir,please come to us next time and we will make you happy sir

There was no wheelspanner and jack. time belt was also missing causing heat to circulate in van. Very disappointed with this deal.

dear sir, sorry to hear that , please be informed we alwyas check for spare tyre, tool kit and accessories and running condition before shipment,may be stolen at your destination,as far as timing belt you have mistaken it for A/C belt,it might have worn out as the unit done163,000km,please replace it and the unit will be perfect sir

The vehicle was advertised as using Diesel only to find out when it got to Dar Es Salaam that it uses compressed natural gas CNG and hear in Africa we have no Gas station. l feel cheated and disappointed.

TRUCK ARRIVED , AFTER 1 WEEK BEEN USED, AND NOW OVER HEAT, CONTACT MR KAGA OWNER AND HE SAID IT WAS WORKING WHEN DRIVE 165KM, WHEN TURN ON THE FREEZER IT OVER HEAT AND OIL COMES IN RADIATOR, TRY TO CONTACT OWNER BUT NO RESPOND. dear sir, first you gave us a good feedback,then you changed your feedback,we are sorry we cant give you compansation once you use the unit for 3 weeks as you have mentioned, we check the unit inside out as you call us many times,we drive it for 165km.but this is a used truck which done more than 200,000km,these things happen,we never sell knowingly to our buyers

Very good communication with the seller, however, the car has serious problems at the gear box, and the engine pilot.

We are deeply sorry to hear about problems at the gear box and the engine pilot, Vehicle confirmed in good condition when we sent to yokohama port by driving for 154 km there is no problem .units udergone by inspections .Normally if unit has a serious problem it will not pass in inspection. It was the 1st vehicle we sold in carview and sold at price of 2001 dyna truck for 2167 usd, this truck had already done 300,000+km, we're not in a position to accept claims after we ship it from Japan .
