Seller could have provided more timely assistance when there was an issue regarding the invoice. Most important the car needed immediate repair to operate properly. This was unacceptable considering the amount of funds spent.

make sure remember SBI Motors and do not buy vehicle from this seller i have bought BMW 1 series few months ago and i have been told that there is no problem with vehicle and when i received vehicle both headlamps are faulty doesn't work which is costing me £1200 to replace i wish there was a option for zero stars. so disappointed

Transaction went smooth, car was not received as described,issues with gearbox and a few more things.Communication after receiving the car is terrible.The repair of the car costs more than the car itself.Don’t recommend purchase from SBI Africa

The unit arrived with a many problems. The exhaust was leaking, error codes showing in the dash, etc.. I contacted the seller and they were not helpful. Overall, I'm very disappointed by this purchase.

The engine was damaged and I replaced it at Dar Es Salaam. The supplier was not flexible following my report. I sent the invoice of buyer replaced engine but the supplier refused to refund even a half of the amount! I was disappointed.

The transaction went well but the seller wanted to cheat on the inspection. I had to push them and finally, they sent it. I have cause to believe they never had it inspected and simply 'organised' the certificate because tha car has a serious fault that could have been picked by the inspectors.

Am not sasified with the car condition it was not moving by the time it reached Mombasa it’s battery was dead in short I was not happy and thinking whether I will buy from u again
