I received the item but I wonder if pre shipment inspection was done most of the lower parts were so rusted and rotten away I have to replace almost all the lower parts the item was not road worth at all I will send you more details after assessment by mechanic it went straight to the garage. Am dis appointed

The car is OK thankfully, but was charged hundreds of dollars more than the FOB price to get it to a Port near them. Really not happy, as they said the extra charges was for transport to Auckland. then I had a separate bill from auto hub. Tried to negotiate but had no luck I would definitely NOT recommend Newgate. Always check the FOB price is actually FOB as advertised.

I wish if I could find 0 star in the option. The seller delayed the document, wrong address, everything is very poor. I hate even the car I bought now because of them. I will sell it as soon as it arrives. I don't recommend!

The vehicle does not run as described and has many mechanical problems. If this vehicle had been sold/purchased in my own country it would have been considered illegal as it was sold to me as a "mechanically sound and good running car" but in fact it is barely running. Do not buy from this seller!

I got my car which is push to start without car keys. I had to use a brakedown to carry my car from the port to my house. Until now I haven't used it and my car fixer is telling me that I need to pay $1000 to change the system so that my car can be turned on and move from one place to the other. I could attach a letter from the ship saying that the key less remote was not put in the car but unfortunately I don't see a place to attach that document.

The first car we selected was declined due to rust.We were given other options and I specified rust free.I also asked many times if this car is rust free and he kept saying look at the photos, it is good. Needless to say the car had rust and cost us more than the price of the car to get it repaired. I have never come across more unethical people before.
