I wanted my radio console in English and the seller told me that the console could be changed from Japanese to English before shipping the car. After receiving the car, I found out that they had not done it only for them to admit later that they made a " mistake" and that the language cannot be changed nor console replaced. I found to be very deceptive and they were not willing to compensate me either! For this reason i cannot recommend them.

The car is okay and very enjoyable to drive. However, the car took too long to be shipped, reaching its destination port after more than 3 months. Also, the SD card was missing on arrival together with the spare key. I am not convinced that the items were sent and the seller was not cooperative to find a way forward.

The car took about 10 weeks to be delivered . It was in great condition and other than the delay in shipment I would totally recommend BT cars.

I made the payment on around August 27th. It took about two and half months before my wife got the vehicle. The seller is not that professional in the sense that it took that to long to ship the vehicle from Japan to Thailand.
