The item was described properly, But no manuals advised. One piece of remote lost, and seller not able to explain its function. The sellers communication was okay and timely. The item was shipped quickly and very accurate timelines on the shipping schedule provided. No delays. very impressive. The seller could liaise with the shipping line to further provide information on the nominated CFS at the port of landing. This would be useful to the buyer.
