Worst transaction ever encountered in my business as a car dealer. Auction tokyo is a very dishonest company, they are liars and i wish them the worst of luck. deliberately they avoided photos of vehicles from other side with dents. I will never recommend them and i will never recommend TCV because TCV checked the car and assured me all was well. In conclusion, TCV and auction tokyo you are just a bunch of liars and i will never recommend, u lack honesty and respect for your clients

Dear Sir, We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the car, however we displayed all the pictures of the vehicle, that is why the car could pass the Carinfocheck from TCV. Please be honest, you need to check all pictures before making the purchase we did not lie to you. All pictures were showing the exact condition of the car. If the car was not same as the pictures the car would have failed the car inspection. Regards John

This is my honest opinion the car is the dirtiest car I have ever bought There were Shoe’s , empty plastic containers and three umbrellas inside the car Everywhere inside the car were dirty I can never recommend Tokyo car auction to anybody I have to change the battery after the next day after taking a test it was confirmed not good

The seller has checated me by sending me a car that has got a huge dent at the back. That seller when asked about dents before purchase, did not disclose major dent that was there. I have received the car with a huge dent and Im not satisfied and I felt cheated by the seller. Im a full time customer to many suppliers through TCV since 2017 however this seller is not a good seller. I want the seller to refund part of my money for as I suffer great loses. This seller did not respond to my message regarding the condition of the car. The car has noisy transmission throttle body fault flat battery and all 4 crack tyres. Absolute fraud
