Good communication. Shipping was slow as the pandemic has disrupted shipping schedules and spaces on vessels are not as easy to come by as before. GLion was upfront about the expected shipping delays. When it arrived we needed a translation of the export certificate. We messaged Glion and they sent it electronically, the same day. We would do business with GLion again. They offer good units at competitive prices and they are detailed and communicative.

Vehicle was in very poor condition and didn’t pass vehicle inspection in Canada. Serpentine belts in the engine were cracked, engine coolant was low, tires had deep cracks and were dangerous to drive on and much more. Front end was repainted terribly (probably by hand) and the photos didn’t reflect this. The repairs to this vehicle were very high and with the repainted front it looks terrible
