The car was to be a 2011 Fortuner with 51000 Mileage, In the vehicle I found a worksheet of this Fortuner from 2016 with 71000 Mileage!! The car I received had 48.900 mileage... The documents were not send on time and I had to pay extra for port charges. I hope some amends will be made!

I managed to negotiate the car online& arrived 2 weeks after being shipped which was great.Car arrived with scratches at the back and at the side. There are error codes which needed to be resolved. The seller has rejected responsibility but never advised that the car had error codes. I had to pay $200 for fixing the dents and a further $750 for repairs to clear the codes. I don't recommend this seller as he isn't honest enough.

Hi We have done the inspection by your government INTERTEK and passed without any issue so the problem really we can’t understand boss unless inspection fail we can do something and normally we don’t ship the vehicle. INSPECTION by your government agent more then enough I think and For used vehicle this is the max we can do sir and must be fair please not blaming us

the seller did not include alot of pictures or indicate that the car had dents and scratches. the dashboard had alot of razor cuts.

We have mentioned everything in comments Also not that bad only the scratch in 1 place not many. everything you agreed and now blame us it’s really not fair. Also you are complaining after 3 months from the date of vehicle arrived.

Its not fair you are complaining after 3 months. This vehicle we have done an inspection JEVIC according to your local government requirments and UGANDA government appointed agent also passed . What else we can do for this used car please? unless its failed in the inspection we dont want to ship it out. there got no room to attach the inspection copy else we can update here sir. We are so sorry and kindly ask from JEVIC why they passed the inspection. Regards David

We were not happy that the milage that was on the website was not the milage on the vehicle. The vehicle had a much higher milage than advertised.

Hi There, Mileage additional 300km is not really high since we always declare KM in 1000 s like 45300km we declare 45000km or 46000km.

Never buy any car from this dealer. He is among of of the worst dealers i have dealt with. So unprofessional, poor communication. He make decision without discussing it with his clients. And the car was in a bad condition i spent like $2500 to repair the car.

YOU ARE TRADE CAR VIEW LOCAL OFFICE IN TANZANIA NOT CUSTOMER MY DEAR.Trade car view Japan already involved in this issue and explained to you as well.Its not really fair that you are complaining about the car after 5 months using, its not brand new car even brand new can give you trouble in a day but this is 10 years old car.If you are complaining in few days from arrival yes we are able to digest and take an action.
