I am deeply regret to buy this car from AUTO ASIA PTE LTD. The car came with so many problems and I am spending so much money to fix it. I will not recommend anyone to buy from this dealer (AUTO ASIA PTE LTD / Singapore).

Hi there, The car was in good and working condition when you received it 6 months ago, your review came 180 days later after using the car. We don’t know how you are using the car and is it done with proper and professional care. Our job is to deliver you the car in good shape with no mechanical issues and problems but it is your responsibility to take care of it after taking over the car which is totally out of our control. You have used it for 6 months……

Vehicle Mileage was false. Actual BMW service records from Singapore show that the actual mileage was at least twice what was represented. Poor quality paint repairs apparent also. Very dissappointing.

We value the quality of the cars we purchased as the safety of our customers are our top priority. Throughout our conversation, you did not mention to us about the mileage issue and even said that the car received in good condition only that some damage found on paintwork. We are sure that it was shipped without those damage that you mentioned and told you that we will not be responsible for that and you proceed to post this false review about our company tampering with the mileage.

Hi Dear Customer, Our de registration certificate and invoice are soft copies and already sent to you before on Tradecarview platform. We do not have police report for this car, why would we need a police report when it is not a stolen car?

Claimed no accident damage - at compliance found boot floor welded & poor quality repair to rear bumper indicating significant rear impact. Seller claimed no issues with vehicle - oil leaking onto exhaust from both rocker covers, LH drive headlights fit to RH drive vehicle, damaged passenger door, leaking shock, needs brake rotors (F),front suspension bush, 2 tyres, large area of paint damage. Good Day The vehicle condition online and the state of the car are totally different. The car key sets are very old warn out and in bad state. The vehicle wheel discs are all warn out and rusty. The Tyres are warn out different brands contrary to what is appearing on the website.the car had several stickers of Beforward yet we bought this car from Tradecarview. The sight of these stickers and posters of Beforward was just a mess and a clear sign that all that you had showed us was not true.

Hi Dear Customer, You knew about the waiting time, it is shipment from Asia to Carribean and it is not direct vessel. There is connecting vessel along the way and all this are not within our control. Car don’t have issues you mentioned when we shipped. This is most probably because of the flat battery after being in the sea for sometime.

Good morning I have receive he jeep and very upset at it due to the seller know that there was a problem with the transmission snd did not say nothing. i receive the jeep last monday and up to this time i cant use it due to the transmission came burn and a lot of part need replace. I am very upset with the cellar and he should not do things like this that will bring down the repartition of trade care view. I Just want to let you know i will advise anyone that to buy any vehicle from him anymore.

Hi Dear Customer, Upon receive your complaint, we asked for you to send the car to your local Nissan workshop and send us videos or documents from them on the damage that you claimed but you never get back to us. We are still waiting and will definitely take responsibility if what you claimed is true.
