Two items are missing in the vehicle as follows; 1. Spare keys missing yet i bought it expensively at USD 250.....This needs to be traced and sent to me. 2. Have seen the rear loud sound speaker was removed.....and wires cut. There fore the seller did to check and trace them for me.

Hello Sir, We are very sorry for tragic incident this time. We can ask forwarder to issue a letter proving two keys and a rear speaker existed at departure. Please understand that our responsibility is to get the car on board as per the agreement between you and us. It does not include what we guarantee to deliver the car safely to the destination. This is approved by tradecarview. Again, we sincerely regret such a tragedy. Thank you for your understanding.
