I wouldn't recommend this dealer for 3 reasons; 1. The car had a dent that was not shown on any photograph and was discovered by the quality check. They were forced to fix the dent. 2. This in return caused delayed shipping. Our lead time is 6 weeks but this took more than 12 weeks. 3. I told this dealer more than 3 times to nominate a CFS (Final destination) On BL but they didn’t. So this costed me an extra $100.

There's a bit of a misunderstanding in what you're saying. 1.I have explained to you all the dents not shown in the photo and repaired them all free of charge in Japan. 2. my shipment was delayed as a result of the repair, but I have politely explained this to you. 3.We have told the ship's management company about CFS, but it seems that the management company did not handle it properly. We have gained experience since then, and we humbly strive to please our buyers.

The seller should make sure to capture all the dents and scratches clearly so that buyers are not surprised with what they get ,,despite that I am happy with my car
