SBI handled the transaction perfectly. Only "bad" thing was inaccurate pictures, as there were few larger scratches, that were not visible in the pictures. But other than that, the car works as intended!The car was bought/paid late May/early June. Shipment was late July and it arrived to Finland on September 18th - picked up on 20th and drove it back home for around 170km, without any issues. It had technical inspection (or MOT) on October 7th and it passed without any issues. Can Recommend SBI!

The seller failed to highlight paint issues of the car. The paint for the hood is slightly different than other parts of the body. the difference is easily noticeable. The paint for side mirrors worn off. The seller did not highlight in the picture. Plenty marks around the interior of the car boot and it was never shown in the pictures. It was stated "Keyless" in the description but it is not. Disappointed with misleading information.

The transaction was smooth and quick, the sales person "Miwoo" answered all my questions and provided every photo i needed in a timely fashion. That said, after the purchase the communication derailed a bit...But, later on things got corrected and they started to communicate better and provided all the needed documents. The car was grade 4, it arrived in exactly the same condition as promoted in TCV and as per photos. I am overall very happy with SBI Motor Japan and highly recommend!

Shipment period was very long. I received the item 9 weeks after payment was made. The seller was supposed to tell me all the truth before making payment. My holiday in Burundi did not go well because I didn't have a car to use when I was there in August. I didn't like the service at all.
