feedback is slow, negative. Shipment is slow. Payment finished at early Nov, shipment started at late Dec. Trade fraud. the seller committed to provide insurance, after I pointed out the invoice they issued is C&F, not CIF. However, they didn’t buy any insurance actually. Scratches and pits were found after car reached destination port. The seller firstly claimed they bought insurance but only cover ship sink risk, then refused to admit their responsibility of insurance because invoice is C&F.

I highly do not recommend this Seller to anyone, useless service. before you purchase the car they do regular basis reply and once you make payment no reply from seller. Received car in 3 months and paid extra to pass NZ compliance. there is no option to upload photos otherwise I would upload photos of our conversation when I message them for 5 to 6 days then they reply 1 time and which is not an answer but excuses. BIG NO TO THIS SELLER. BUYER PLEASE BEAWARE OF THIS FRAUD SELLER.

My experience with the seller was bad he was not honest with me regarding the shipping date of the unit to arrive at Dar es slaam he kept changing the arrival date until finally he stopped communicating to me and that kept me worried if i was dealing with genueing seller. The car is good and i'm happy with the unit.

The unit is stuck at Mombasa Port because it was advertised as 2009 Toyota HARRIER YET IT WAS 2005. Because of this it cannot be allowed into Uganda because cars which are more than 15 years are banned for importation into the country. All efforts to have the seller (SBI Japan) or TCV to have the car shipped back or replaced are fruitless. The car was pre inspected and deemed fit but this concealment of information is costing me.

NEED TO DO A MUCH BETTER JOB OF GETING THE UNITS TO THE FINAL DESTINATION, WAITING MORE THAN A MONTH AFTER THE VEHICLE IS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED (WITH NO END IN SIGHT) IS VERY POOR LOGISTICAL MANAGEMENT. I received the vehicle, however there are a few problems with which were not mentioned. 1) The driver side mirror has a problem, it does not open and close . 2)The stereo and back camera monitor does not work. It does not come on at all. Also there are many scratches and the colour is faded in some areas.
