So far this is the best dealer i have ever dealt with in Japan, their communication is so professional, they took the shortest time possible to ship the vehicle and thats the best thing in car business, if you keep time in shipping you get more clients. Their document packaging is so enticing i guess the director of this company knows what customer satisfaction means to tge growth of a company. I have not received the car yet due to some mismatch on the chassis number and the car manifest. The chassis is reading 141 instead of 144.I don't know how this problem occurred. It's now over a week still the car not cleared. How do we rectify?
