When i received vehicle one of the windows werent working and had plastic covering the window that wasnt working, seller stated very clean interior but interior is stink with scent from daily smoker so not accurate description but car does run great and communication with seller is good

Didn’t get much customer care here. Indeed I frequently imagined they’d completely forgotten about me once they received their money. I had to prod each time to get out any info from them. However, when I did call on voice line, the lady on the other end sounded very polite. It was a relief when I did receive the car, even if the quality was a far shade from the car I expected.

People please don't buy any vehicles from ryusobankin these people are scammers they sold me a Honda stepwgn with a bad engine and cracked windshield and when I contact them about the situation they said they are not responsible I put out a bulletin in my country news papers so no one can make any purchase from them.Old site and scammers.Engine has a knock which requires to be repaired .

Vehicle arrived in Dominica end of month January. Vehicle was properly serviced with all fluids changed. Just two weeks after engine got damaged and needs to be replaced. Seller must have known engine was faulty. Very dishonest seller.

disappointed with Tradecarview services. First of all the seller communication was poor. The car arrived damaged. There was a crack on the windshield and a knocking sound coming from the wheel. When it was examine it was the lower control arm. The car also came with a dent and scratches all over. When I asked the seller he refused all of damages. To fix the damages it's about 1,800 dollars.it's not fair. When I contacted customer service they gave me the run around they were not helpful.

I just want you guys to know that i am very disappointed in this vehicle and your service. I would have appreciate it if you had let me known the problems i would have faced before purchasing. Now the challenge i face is finding a Cluster board for a Nissan Serena in the Bahamas. this may not seem major to you guys but in the Bahamas Japanese parts are not easy to come by.
