it has been 4 months and i have not receive the vehicle as yet . i find it very unsatisfactory .I am disappointed in the shipping of this item . i will continue to support TCV but just not this seller ii have now receive the car i am very disapointed with the condition of the car what you show as damage is far less than the damage on the vehicle . there were wheel covers on the car .now it came without wheel covers.i need the wheel covers . or my money back .i am so dissatisfied .

The whole transaction took three months. The seller would take weeks to respond to a query. Asking for interior photos was unheeded. I almost got my money refunded. The only thing that gave me hope was the fact that my money was safe in the Kenyan bank account. At one point, even after they confirmed payment, my car was still online and available for negotiation. I did not like the experience.

1. the interior is not as it was in the photos. A piece of the door was broken in Japan and nothing was said. 2. Communication was very difficult, seller would take long time to answer e-mails. I am not giving "1 star" only because of their contact for Mozambique. She was extremely helpful and efficient. 3. Not quick in sending the item, compared with my experience from other times in the past with other sellers.
