i am pleased with your truck it only missing fuel tank cover Jack and wheel spanner. but i wish to inform you that i received a toyota hiace commuter from a company called Japan Car Network and i am verry dissapointed as it has a hugh dent and the back door has four big rusted holes which was covered with tape. (SHAME) it will cost me about U.S$3000.00 to repair. will send this pictures so you can see. regards Kentry

This is one of the worst and boring purchases l have ever made. I will not recommend Ramma DBK ltd and will not buy from them again. They gave me a bus with selotapes and plastics to disguise the rust eroded portions. They are not good at describing the condition of their items. Never expect my attention DBK. Mutsongodza Stephen

Hello Stephen, I am sorry that you are not completely happy about the exterior look of the Hino bus. Yet, I insist the bus is in good working condition for FOB 6000$ budget vehicle. I have offered to send you the full set of photographs of the bus. The bus is in good condition and good tire but there two points which made me to ward them 70% 1. The car I first choose I was told that it was already sold to another buyer but unfortunately enough it remained online for almost a week more and people kept on inquiring about it. I felt I was not offered the car of my first choice. 2. The seats are worn out and lower part of the car is too rusty than the pictures displayed in the webpage.

Samantha, Kato and RamaDBK operate a fraudulent business. Customers, BEWARE! They knowingly did not disclose on their Tradecarview profile that the vehicle we ordered operates on LPG. We do not use LPG anywhere in Africa!!!!! Nothing on the invoice indicated that the vehicle runs on LPG. We are taking it up further to ensure that they do not repeat this fraud to anyone ever again.

In our website we have clearly indicated the fuel type as CNG and all this data was transfered from our website automatically to the Trade Car view site. we believe that you confirm known in that it was CNG. our sale did not realize that it was you bought mistakenly. We will never cheat our customers for one transaction like this. We do not want to blame only you for this mistake, but we will try our best to help you.
