Before I order this car I saw pictures of two keys. I then ask the seller if the car comes with two keys the seller said yes. After I received the documents via DHL no key was inside so I contacted the seller. The seller then said both keys will come with the car and only one came and the one that did not come controls the alarm the car came with and I can’t get it disarmed

Item was received but alot of stuff were not stated upfront Item was received,but there are few problems 1 a.c not working  2 massive hole on passenger side wheel arch corrosion  3 sliding door and passenger side front door not closing completely  5 unpack on the driver side  6 burst frame by the driver side door  The seller never highlighted upfront the faults and therefore I count the seller untrusted and misleading

The car was in terrible mechanical condition which the seller deliberately hid from me. It was very noisy like a lorry and I have had to procure a new gear-box and other parts. Michael Osita you are a con, even after I expressed my fears after reading the reviews, you assured me that the condition was excellent. I feel cheated and wouldn't advise anyone to procure through Matel.TRADECARVIEW from all the negative feedback on Matel you need to take action of be seen to be part of the scheme.

Worst ever!!! Spend more on repairs than what the vehicle cost and looks like new gearbox will be needed as it jerks when pulling away. The wiper control was broken and a new part had to be ordered from Germany at over $700. Do not tell me that the seller did not know thisese thoings because that is rubbish. TRADE CAR VIEW and SELLERS, PLEASE STOP SELLING JUNK LIKE THIS TO INNOCENT PERSONS.

Customer service in terms of communication is extremely poor, not responsive and creates a lot of uncertainty to customers e.g. it took 5 days for the seller to respond to me of when my vehicle will be shipped. Not a good experience at all! Car itself – With exceptional of air condition defects, is car is in good condition.

Seller not honest. Car looked neat (exterior & interior) but underneath it was very rusty; I changed the frame connection to rear wheels which cost me $100. I asked for pictures under the car but did not get them. Tradecarview needs to control stock inspection. Rusty cars should not pass. Sellers should show pictures of cars underneath like BEFORWARD does! I hope I do not get more suprises with my purchase
