Confirmation of deposited money was done on 24/12/18,the seller went quiet until january 14/2019 when i reminded him about the item.He apologised for not communicating.he has taken 3months to ship item ,without any compansation for time wasted waiting.he did not fulfil his schedule promised only said he will recognise me as able customer at the end of the year.

The car was shipped to me with a cracked windshield which the seller did not disclose, and no pictures showed the damage. This was costly to me i had to replace the windshield in order to sell the car. NOT HAPPY.

Seller took long to ship out the car. when I received the car, the car had many issues. Power steering not working, AC issues and the vehicle had many bumper deep scratches not disclosed or shown in pictures.ALso the car was sluggish and unresponsive from when picked up from port. Tried to have seller help with fixing these issues they refuse. They are very shady and will never do business there again.Finally the mileage was shown to be over 266000km while it was shown as 114000km.Bad experience

The worst experience while dealing with Japanese Vehicle exporter.I was robbed by this company. They sent me a vehicle that was extremely rusted and damaged. Trade Car View did not do anything about numerous complaint that I made by phone and also by emails. I will never again import car from Trade Car View.

There was very poor communication so that I could have lost the vehicle. I was not told that it was my responsibility to find an agent to clear the vehicle at the port, the final destination being inland and I had to make further inquiries on the Expected Time of Arrival. As a result, the vehicle has overstayed and I have incurred storage charges. This has been a bad experience for me. Never again.
