So i brought Mazda Bongo Van. In description said “transmission ok” And a lot of similar staff. I’ll pick up my car from Port, and my transmission doesn’t work(( If you know some problems said, I’ll give you money for fixt or dive some discounts. Communication is no bad.

Seller lied about the vehicle mechanical condition. Arrived and was hard to start and runs rough and the AC compressor seizing up when engaged and overheating the engine. Oil condition was horrible. Had to trailer van to a mechanic where it has been since arriving. We know the risks of buying older cars, but the risk of sellers lying is way hire. Just won't buy from this seller again.

Topnotch did not do a good job because they sold me a rotten car which could not reach home from the port of discharge. The car was not serviced so this contributed to the complete damage of the gearbox.

I am disappointed. The car was described as spotless.There were numerous paint chips and scratches to the body. The AC was not working, the car was hot and I spent hundreds of dollars to have it repair. The tires was very worn and had to be replaced.

It took so long for me to receive the car in Dar es Salaam. I paid for the car on 20 August 2016 and it only arrived in Dar on 29 October 2016. Further, The car was received with only one key whilst it was indicated that it had 2 keys during the whole process. I reported the matter but I can not communicated with him further. It appears I can not send messages. I need the key otherwise I will explore other avenues in a bid to get redress.

I was sold a vehicle with a defective transmission even though I had been assured on three separate occasions that the vehicle had been road tested and the transmission was in good working order. From the moment I started the car at the port I got a message saying the transmission was defective. I towed it to my house and it has not moved since. I feel cheated and conned out of my money. I hope that Yohei whom I dealt with and Topnotch burn in hell.
