The car when being advertised, it was said to be very perfect and running very good. Just a few kilometers from taking the truck, it started performing weird. The clutch was blown out and was not gaining the drive. The spare wheels were never shipped. Disgusting!!

NBC shiped the vehicle with very bad tyres,remote key less entry was not working,air filter was so terrible,engine oil was so bad,it is also mixing diesel with coolant in the rediator worse still my item paid for jevic and all transactions was done through pay trade.How did he manage to get the vehicle pass certificate with all these faults?please have a sincere heart to your customers.I HONESTLY CAN NEVER RISK DOING BUSINESS IN FUTURE WITH NBC.Thank you for making me know who you(NBC) are.

the vehicle is still in dar salaam and the engine oil is very dirty and it has oil leakages. what was jevic for if even ordinary oil could not be changed. why certify the vehicle to be fit when it has oil leakages on the engine? depending on the status of the vehicle when it arrives in zambia, i may consider to take legal action to those who did jevic. i may launch in my complaint through your embassy in my country.
