Seller sold me two defective vehicles and refused to compensate me for the repairs stating that it was not in their policy to do so (BEWARE). I would have understood if the company denied liability for a vehicle that had full description detailing all defective parts beforehand but this wasn't the case for both vehicles which constituted false advertising. TCV, please ban this seller from your platform as it brings mistrust to the customers that rely on bargains from credible sellers.

I’ve order a car form this dealer. The car wasn’t really good as I expected. Disappointed to see the roof was sun burnt and there was some scratches that obviously cost me extra to fix them. Per total the communication was ok and I received all the documents needed to register the car but I would not trust the quality of the car you will receive as it was my case.

The seller told me to not allow the check of the vehicle by TCV, by telling me that all was fine. Once the car arrived, very bad tires, faulty battery, faulty car key,... That why I didn’t want write any review at that time. I was saying I may think twice to buy car from TCV. But I give TCV another try by buying a 2006 Touareg V6. And see how it will be this time on. Thank you
