Probably the best communication and support ever recieved during the whole transaction. Izumi is such a marvel at communication and support, every querry well and timely responded to. Their support goes beyond delivery of the vehicle. Car drives like new and delivered as described. The minor mechanical fault was well taken care of by TCV after reporting to them and now the car is just wow. Thank you Izumi, thank you TCV and thank you Yamakatsu!
