The dash board has lots of scratches, the key fob does not work and the cloth covering the roof is worn out. I NEVER expected a car that cost more than $4500 to be in such a state. I feel duped.

Thank you for the feedback. I had uploaded the vehicle's photos onto our Facebook page (Search: BINGO ATI Facebook). The photos shows that the condition is acceptable to a very large majority of customers. I am surprised that you felt cheated.

I purchased this unit 2 month ago and I asked the seller(Mr Yasaka) about the condition, dents, scratches, everything about the car, as nz very strict for import car. He said to me nothing wrong with the car. Good for nz. once arrived nz, big different, really bad looking big scratches, dents, window switchs not working, even no high stop light...plus all tyres, failed compliance. Cost me over 1000 nzd to repair everything.

Dear Jason, thank you for the honest & frank feedback. The car is already 10 years old & limited dents are avoidable. To me, the condition is acceptable to many countries. I didn't know high stop lamps are a must. You could had checked the photos before commiting the order. As for tyres, you mentioned that they are expendable items but you prefer to think differently now. Based on this system, I am unable to offer you any ratings but if the other exporters are reading this, I suggest to exporters to think ...

BINGO CONNED ME. THEY DIDN'T DO THE INSPECTION INSTEAD SENT A FORGED DOCUMENT. The car was in good condition leaving the question, was it a STOLEN CAR? I HIGHLY THINK BINGO SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED FOR SELLING A STOLEN CAR TO ME.
Reply to comment:
Not recommendable to deal with this buyer. He is a car broker, rude & bad tempered. Treatens to cancel the deal when everyone is putting best efforts to have the vehicle shipped out. He feels we had forged the inspection document & also accuses us of shipping out stolen cars. This is a very serious accusation. Advice to all potential car buyers from Kenya, never purchase your car from this broker as he lacks knowledge in international trading & also lacks social etiquette.

The car's condition is not really as mentioned in the item description. Several parts missing / spoiled i.e. the mileage meter is not function (feels like being cheated), no manual book, many buttons not are not functioning etc. The seller's communication was only great before the payment was confirmed but after it sold, its pretty damn worst. No feedback once I posted several queries. I'm very disappointed after waiting too long for feedback.

Vehicle was manufactured in 1995. Displayed with 30 photos & accurately described. Missing parts can be claimed by using the insurance. Meter was working prior shipment. Had searched for the manual book online but can't find. This had been informed. Check fuses again to rectify the buttons problem you claimed not working. For communication, there was nothing else to inform. The claims made are one sided & we are disappointed that the buyer feels that he is expecting a new car. BINGO-ATI.

The car I purchased was advertised as 2009 & invoiced accordingly, when the car arrived it was a 2007. The price I paid reflected the price for a 2009 car so I was very disappointed, getting compensation was difficult, stressful and time consuming with slow responses from the supplier and one non negotiable offer of USD $417. There are some great suppliers on tradecarview this is not one of them.

Dear Sir, we are very sorry for the discrepency for the year of manufacture. The error was not delibrate & we only found out when you highlighted it to us. The remittance of the compensation required time due to our internal policy. Last but not least, we are sorry again that your dealing with us was difficult, stressful & time consuming. We will improve our services & prevent the same error in the future. Thank you.
