My vehicle was not inspected even when the inspection fee was paid to supplier. However, the supplier apologized for this. When the vehicle arrived at the port, the physical chassis number on the vehicle was not same as on B/L and invoice. This delayed the release of the vehicle from port as port authorities demanded an amendment fee of USD 500 before the car is released. I quickly informed the supplier who refused to pay. He told me that the mistake was not his. I ended up paying this bill.

Bad seller which surprised us as we thought Japanese people are honest and ethical. Quick response before getting our money and never reply again after sending us a piece of garbage with false description! TradeCarView know the problem but said they will still pass money onto seller as long as the VIN number of the car is correct even every other description is incorrect. We will also post all our conversation with this seller and TradeCarView on Import Car Forums in Canada.

the car was torn it was not starting the plugs were burnt and it has a very stong miss despite the fact that you claimed to have inspected it and issue a certificate of inspection. Also it needs lot of maintenance from heavy smog it produces as well as lick ages of oil in the part of engine also the changing of gears took too long to respond again the starter doesn't work properly ,in general what you are supposed to do if you want to remain in business.

I have recently purchased a Toyota hilux truck from Kenase Japan (the seller). I appreciate receiving my car within indicated schedule; the car had i) its mileage changed from >170,000km down to 72,333km; and ii) a faulty gear box!!! The seller has since acknowledged indeed odometer was tempered with. However they claim it was by previous owner from which car was bought that could have changed this.

I am not happy with the description of the item. The car was not well described, it had a lot of rust which he never mentioned! The battery was also dead, the front bumber was loose, and he never mentioned any of those. I think he is a bad dealer!
