I asked for a discount but when the car came to the border it hadno Jevic and i was made to pay a penalty fee for not having export certificate and the jevic inspection. I have not received the car it is still at the Tanzania/ Zambian border. I communicated to the seller all he told me was that he sent all the documents to the shipping agent in Tanzania. I contacted the agent he was worse he did not respond to my emails.

The communication from the seller was very poor. My vehicle was only shipped two months after I had paid for it. The vehicle is here, the condition is not bad although the tyres were finished and only two tyres had alloy rims on them. Buying from this seller is very risky because they are quick to get the money but do not perform on time and also the condition of the car is not as good as it looks and the model was wrong even after the seller assured me.

The sellers communication was dreadful and only communicated when contacted first. The time taken to send the car was ridiculous and far to long I have imported many cars and never had such a wait. Blatantly ripped me off for my air conditioning degas and has yet to explain these "many other costs" a 7500 yen transaction that ended up costing me $350 USD. The car arrived damaged with the engine drained of oil. Extremely disheartened by these dealings and extremely poor service.

I request an inspection from Forwarder. US$220 was paid by the cost, land transportation, etc. When I send a car It was in the good state., Many time was needed for sending a car, It is because you did not remit inspection expense immediately. It is not my responsibility.
