This buyer is saying about "car info check",not pre-ship inspection. Of course ,there is no pre-ship inspection in the invoice,Because Bahama require pre-ship inspection from Mar 2019,The buyer got the car before the regulation. Usually We can not export without "car info check",because We have to refund by Tradecarview rule if we exported without "car info check". This time the buyer canceled "car info check",we just did export process. and We got the fund from Tradecarview without no problem.
