Dirty car and engine when received, no engine oil at all. Missing engine number in documents. Terrible communication and misleading information from company. All in all, would not recommend to anyone and will never use TCV again.

I bought a Toyota Allion in 2014. The vehicle I bought was a wretch and I promised myself that I would never nor recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from Real Motor Japan. The vehicle persistently made noises which we could not cure and the vehicle had no quick pick up speed. I am strongly convinced that the vehicle I bout was a victim of an accident. I would not recommend nor ever buy a vehicle from Real Motor Company ever again. I thank you.
