This company will be very helpful while your thinking of buying a car from them, once you've paid it will be a different story.. Bad communication, they will not list any of the bad things wrong with your car and guess what, when you receive the car they will just say 'it's a used car' and expect you to be ok with a faulty car! I've lost all confidence in this company and will NOT be buying another car from this seller...

I did not like the change in the schedule of shipment from12th November 2015 to 22nd November 2015 without explanation.The agents told me the item would be in Dar es salaam by 22December then changed to 4th January 2016. In short the item has taken nearly two months. If only there was an explanation I would understand, but to be kept waiting blindly is unacceptable.The late receipt of the item could cost me alot of money in terms of a new penalty on all imported cars of ten years .

The communication was poor as the agent had no good grasp of the English language. Its now 2.5 months since i paid for the car and the ship has not arrived. The shipping company( vessel HEROIC ACE) keeps shifting the arrival date. They have done it thrice..initially was to arrive 12th De, then 15th Dec, then 17th Dec. Last i heard now 21st Dec. and still it has not arrived. B

I bought the car believing it was a 2006 model when in fact it is a 2003 model. This was confirmed by Nissan using the chassis number I gave them.The car was inspected by tradecarview before shipping and nothing was picked and I wonder if this was a genuine mistake or something to do with intergrity. The price I was charged was on the higher side considering it was a 2003 model and I therefore need to be compensated for that.

The car's engine and suspension are in good condition. But some items were missing such as: - Spare tire - The car was advertised as key-less entry but it doesn't have this feature - The AC doesn't work - Shipment took to long as i had ordered another unit from another seller a week after i ordered this and that unit arrived four days before this one.
