I was particularly disappointed with how long shipping took. Despite making payment in June, I only received the car in September. Though the actual car was as described, the photo description showed two keys with two remote locking mobilizers, but I only received one manual key. Highly inconvenienced and very disappointed.

I received the car in Mombasa, Kenya but I found out that the car already had a big dent on one of the doors. In the online pictures I could not see any dent until the car was delivered to me. To make the matters worse, the shock absorbers were already worn out and were making noise as one drives. I was just wondering how the car passed inspection in that state. Can someone answer me? Honestly, am not happy. I want to be compensated. TITUS.

My country is in time zone 13hrs behind Japan. Seller did not consider this and wanted purchase of car same day as Japan time. On many occasions, I had to again inquire about when car would be shipped. Seller seemed not very enthusiastic about closing the sale. This was my first business with this seller and I was not very satisfied with seller communication skills. However, the car is very nice, in good condition and runs very well. My client is pleased with car.
