The information from me as a buyer wasn't recognised, the vehicle was sent to Nairobi-Swaziland instead of Nairobi-Kenya with no inspection certificate which is needed in Kenya and now I have to go back and forth requesting for roadworthy certificate.

Dear The Bill of lading of the unit is done per Invoice, where the information is filled by customer and final destination was filled as Swaziland. And you have confirmed this Invoice and made Order. You have asked us to change the final destination after the shipment.
