Car was not as described. Sellers garenteed me car was in perfect condition. When I recieved car it was full of rust and dints and scratches all over car. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. When I asked for some compensation he was rude and didn't care. I even tried talking to trade car view and they just ignore it. Scammers

Dear Sir, we are sorry about claim. Communication score 3 means it was good but misunderstanding makes 3. The problem is "wrong values": buying cars one care most of mechanics, and this unit performs great! and rust-affected was one spot only, to make the claim "heavier" you pictured it twice, Tradecarview can see it, they wouldn't ignore major problem; scratches are common for 20 years old. Anyway, thank you. As a result we ask clients what exactly they want to know to avoid the mistake

The item came with both keys broken and a the dashboard is totally cracked, things not quite possible to be seen in the pictures and the seller did not mention it, which is not fair. Now i have to order a new dashboard which will cost me around usd 1000. I can say, they lied to me.

Cracked at dashboard!? No way. And you ordered new dashboard which is costs such 1000 USD too much expensive one for such old 2003 year model PRADO!? Sounds like this buyer lies and trying to set us up. Sorry but unfortunately we only ship good condition cars and never gonna do such bad work. And you can buy dashboard for PRADO at around 150 USD, not such expensive. Thank you,

This car was the "PRESENT CAR" which we shipped by FREE FOB. And also Alloy wheels never removed, so this buyer saying completely lie for obstructing exporter's business. This buyer MR ROYDE MULENGA is wicked and very trouble some buyer. We will never have transact with him. For other suppliers, please be careful when got inquiry from this buyer.

I would NOT recommend this seller especially for first time buyers. I still like the car despite everything else. The seller needs to improve in customer service and auto-mechanics knowledge. He is very judgmental. Apparently it seems that they don't really serve internationals. I was told that it takes too long for the vessel to arrive at my place and that it is too costly although I'm the one paying for it and estimated shipping time was known. Just beware of this seller.
