The vehicle also arrived on the date of arrival that was indicated. Throughout the process, my heart was settled as I had no fear of fraud. People from TCV always made telephone calls or sent emails whenever there was a new development, which further strengthened my trust in the process. They also responded to my emails very promptly whenever I had a question or an issue for clarification. For the first time, I was able to procure a vehicle on my own without the use of another intermediary in Uganda. I thank you for the excellent service and the excellent vehicle that I got.
